I'm Dean, a 3D animator and designer from Singapore.

I grew up on Popeye the Sailor Man and Tom and Jerry, and later Lupin III: The First and Cuphead. That's where my timing comes from: clear poses, big squash and stretch, and a bit of slapstick. Friends pulled me into anime, and you can see it in my drawing and painting.

On a film I like owning the whole back half: building the environment in Unreal Engine, animating, then editing, compositing, sound and colour. Away from animation I'm into hi-fi audio and music, and I enjoy designing web pages and interfaces.
